About Compass Human Resources
Pamela Moore is the founder of Compass Human Resources, a consulting firm focused on providing personalized human resource services to small businesses. She has 25+ years of human resource generalist experience in a wide range of industries. Her areas of expertise include everything from tools and systems to long-range strategic planning.
For the past several years, Pamela has also been providing her expertise to organizations in the sustainability arena. She is co-developer and co-host of the annual Green Professional’s Conference. She is dedicated to helping the industry grow by connecting great talent with sustainable organizations.

Career Advisors
Vicki Lind, MS
Vicki Lind has worked as a career counselor and marketing coach since 1999. Having lived in Portland for most of her life, her roots are deep in the community. Her specialties are creative people and those who seek to improve the health of the individual, community, and planet. She is especially helpful to creative people because she herself is an intuitive, divergent thinker.
In 2006, she began presenting workshops on green careers for The Natural Step Network, the International Association of Sustainability Professionals (ISSP) and Green Drinks. Vicki co-authored Portland Green Guide to Networking and Jobs (2010) with Gail Nicholson and wrote, Finding a Job Worth Having (2010).
Aly Anliker, Ed.M
Aly is a creative organizational and career consultant with over fifteen years of experience in Training Management, Executive Coaching and Instructional Design. She has a background in Human Resources and Marketing and has worked in a variety of industries including telecommunications, high technology, manufacturing and non-profit.
Through experience with DBM, a world leader in career and professional development, Aly has coached individuals in career transition for over ten years. Aly currently teaches career development classes for Marylhurst University and is a past adjunct instructor for Portland Community College, Mt. Hood Community College and Clark College.
Aubrie De Clerck, Owner, Coaching for Clarity
Aubrie is a Career and Leadership Coach, working both in her own private practice (Coaching for Clarity) and for Lee Hecht Harrison (an industry-leading talent development organization). Her own career history spans corporate, non-profit and self employment, giving her wide perspective on the world of work. Aubrie is known for being highly inspirational and deeply practical, and loves bringing these qualities to sessions with groups and individuals. Most of all, she is passionate about helping people of all ages and phases of life get the most out of their work life.
Bruce Hazen, MS, Three Questions Consulting
Bruce has diverse background as an internal and external management coach and career consultant. Bruce currently teaches a course at the University of Portland, Pamplin School of Business titled, The Three Questions You Must Answer (multiple times) Throughout Your Career. In addition to career consulting and teach Bruce has coauthored and published a chapter on Career Coaching in the Complete Handbook of Coaching (Sage Publications, 2009). The chapter outlines Bruce’s model of career management and coaching.
Bruce has a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University, with an emphasis in organizational behavior and psychology. In addition, he holds an MS in Clinical Psychology and certification in multiple assessment tools.
